Our services are best tailored to meet the requirements of each particular Client; Estate or Development. We generally work on an agreed fixed fee for each service charge year per development and receive our fee on a monthly basis. Temples believe we stand and fall on the quality of our work and service, and offer a one month notice period for termination at any time during a rolling contract. Bespoke service agreements are created for each client and full terms and conditions are jointly agreed with the client.
