Temples are dedicated property; estate; block and flat managers the team currently manage numerous blocks of flats, apartments, mixed use developments and housing estates. The developments under our management range from new build blocks of 4 properties to larger modern developments of up to 500 properties; we also are well versed in managing period/listed property conversions.

Our services are best tailored to meet the requirements of each particular Client; Estate or Development. We generally work on an agreed fixed fee for each service charge year per development and receive our fee on a monthly basis. Temples believe we stand and fall on the quality of our work and service, and offer a one month notice period for termination at any time during a rolling contract. Bespoke service agreements are created for each client and full terms and conditions are jointly agreed with the client.

Temples assist the freeholders; residents management companies and individual property owners on a day to day basis with professional independent property services, advise and handle the day to day property, people, legal and finance issues associated with freehold and leasehold property investment and its ownership.
