A mid 1980’s development in Bury St Edmunds - A mixed development of 35 two and three bedroom houses, flats and maisonettes located within walking distance of the town centre.

Temples were approached on recommendation to take over the estate from the previous agents and address service charge budgeting issues and explore the possibility of the residents/leaseholders acquiring the freehold of the development from the original developer.

A bespoke service charge budget and maintenance plan was created and the freehold was acquired on behalf of the leaseholders through the residents association management company. Meanwhile the financial situation and maintenance program and the estate has been significantly improved.
